- Update CLAUDE.md with Syndarix-specific context
- Create documentation directory structure:
  - docs/requirements/ for requirements documents
  - docs/architecture/ for architecture documentation
  - docs/adrs/ for Architecture Decision Records
  - docs/spikes/ for spike research documents

Built on PragmaStack template.
